  I find the staff especially Emanuel, Alfredo and Dayana to be excellent customer service representatives. The staff generally are polite and willing to attend to you. My breakfast this morning was not as great as yesterday due to limited variey in my opinion. I like that location and that it is very close to a church and the train station among other amenities. My room was clean and good. You will have to ask questions to ensure you know exactly what to and not to do.

  Terrible hotel to stay!! They charge you for visitors without explaining this when you register! They also charge your credit card without informing you! This hotel has a policy that the customer is wrong and their sub-par employees that they hire who don't do their jobs is right! You report a problem to Carla the manager and she calls you to the front desk to confront you and remind you that her employees are right and your a trouble maker! I run my own a business and I wonder if their ownership group knows about what happens at this hotel. I've never went to this extent to write a review this bad but this hotel needs a wake-up call on how to treat their paying customers.

  Outstanding hotel. As a Hilton Honors member I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel attendant upon our arrival was excellent. He was outside providing us information on where to park as well as picking up our luggage and delivering it to our room. My wife and I were very pleased with the service as well as the accommodations. The room was clean, spacious, and very quiet. Parking is free and in the garage is under the hotel with elevator access. We left very early and we're not able to have breakfast in the hotel so no feedback on that. The shops downtown are within walking distance. Less than a mile to go to any needed shop. We will return.

  Ligger centralt og et ok hotel med pool på tagterrassen. Personalet i receptionen er derimod uprofessionelle.

  Ok hotel .. men lidt ubehøvlede og skal betale forud ..
