  I rented a vehicle for 1 day. I just had 1 quick trip to the airport and return it the next day, I have rented in other companies and if you return the car without washing it they charge you 5 to 10 dollars the most. Well this company charges 50 DOLLARS!!!! Can u believe it?? C'mon people that's the cost of another day of car rental. That's a total reap off. Plus if u return the car with more money in the pana pass be sure it will go unnoticed and they won't return a penny to u but if u return it with 25 cents less u best believe u will have to recharge the damn pana pass and the minimum is 5.00 dollars. Every company has policies but this one has been THE WORST!!!. Even customer service is horrible. Next time I will stick on renting at another company at the airport or Panama CITY.

  DON'T RENT TOTAL RIP OFF Posted rates on wall were from 2012. They have no honor for the posted rates or in general. Bad area do not walk in this part of town. Unable to do business with me without continuously talking to another girl. Rate too high.
