::The tour is wonderful but not with this company! They sent a mini bus smaller than the number of passengers to pick us up. Some passengers had to seat in places not adequatr such as a place aside of the driver, on a bench without any safety conditions. No seat belt in any seat! after a trip of many miles under this condition, we arrived at a place where we took the ship. aThe bus driver (always talking on th cell phone) sent us to a ship on the pier just waiving. When the trip started the crew asked us about a badge we should have sticked and after some explanation we found out we're on the boat of another company! At least half of the people who was in the bus! The crew of the other company allowed us to remain in the boat and even enjoy their facilities that were simpler than the promised by we were specting ( diner included). Arriving at the end of the trip no bus although the captain of the ship had noticed the other ship about the incident. We had to pay the taxi back to our hotel. I sent message to the company about the incident and after some days I am still waiting for an answer. The trip worth whole but with other company (ee saw the buses, organization and respect from them to their customers diferentlu from this company!

::Ottima agenzia che organizza i tour in barca del canale di Panama. Abbiamo fatto il tour del sud passando 4 chiuse, uscendo direttamente nell'oceano pacifico. Molto emozionante ed interessante. Compreso nel prezzo del tour abbiamo mangiato a pranzo (cibo buono, quantitá piú che sufficiente), bibite, soft drinks e caffé gratis a volontá. Tour consigliatissimo!!!
