  The facilities are very nice and modern but the customer service is seriously lacking. The women working at the check-in for the emergency center were extremely rude and not helpful. They were laughing at and blatently making fun of some of the people checking in. The hospital needs to consider the type of people they hire for these positions as these people are the first you encounter upon any visit and can seriously dampen your view of the entire place. We chose this place because the doctors were said to speak English and we felt more comfortable speaking English to discuss medical issues as our Spanish is limited. Unfortunatly the doctors we encounted in the emergency wing did not speak English and we had to rely on Google translate to explain some of the medical test results.
