  Take your business elsewhere. Car wasn’t ready. It arrived late and dirty. Told us wait to 20 an additional minutes for car cleaning. Then there was an issue at checkout that took well over 20 mins to resolve. Came out of office and two gentleman at check out expected us to leave with a filthy car that was dirty and muddy both inside and out. They said “oh we heard you guys were in a hurry.” Staff tried to convince us to leave with the car in that state. I refused. It was an expensive car rental and a long wait and they thought we’d just allow this type of poor quality auto care and appearance. The gentlemen who had to clean the car was visibly annoyed with us. The audacity of his to be upset with the client who waited not only when the car was late but then gave them plenty of time to clean it — outrageous. On top of that, the gentleman washing the car (while we watched) took an unusually long time to clean the car (moving at a snail’s pass for almost an hour) — passive aggressive much? Go somewhere else. Value your dollars.
