  After touring this beautiful new development, I was so impressed with the quality of the construction and even more with the family behind this project. Delvis was very patient and professional and it’s obvious her entire family love and care about building a special community here. I don’t find that kind of personal touch in California. I am excited to be building my vacation and retirement home here. A beautiful beach, safe and friendly community and just minutes to Panama’s cultural capital, Las Tablas. Everyone I have referred to this project have fallen in love with it and the family behind it. Looking forward to many wonderful years there with my family and friends.

  Coco de Mar is an ambitious, creative, environmentally aware project. At the instant the homes are a great value. A small two bedroom home, with access to a "private" beach, the first development of homes is Villa Corral. Includes 2 and 3 bedroom homes, parking for two cars, outside patio, common area pool and much more. In the future there will be more homes, condos, restaurant, 10 markets, gym and 6 acres of common area. This is a beautiful, well conceived project. The potential upside as an investment is great. Please explore!
