::The quality of service gets worse every time I come to the Sortis Sportsbook. The customer service is sub par, they prefer to show WWE and fitness shows to major sporting events and they prefer to play music rather than commentary even when most customers ask. For a nice hotel, this is really a stain on their reputation.

::We went for the super bowl and it was a great time. They offered a super bowl buffet for $20 which was just ok; it would have been nice to know they were shutting it down just after halftime. It was pretty crazy in there for the game. If your there for a quiet time to watch the game, you've come to the wrong spot.

::Excellent sportsbook located in the Royal Casino at the Marriott across from Habanos. It's hard to find North American sporting events televised in Panama, but this sportsbook usually has a very good selection of games on. Very comfortable seating and the atmosphere is hard to beat. The best thing about this sportsbook company is that they are the ONLY sportsbooks in Panama that do NOT charge a tax on winning wagers. All other companies charge you a tax on your winnings, which is BS!! Action Sportsbook is the only one that does not
