  Terrible Service. I ordered an expensive cat tower here, and they said they would deliver it the next day. Two days later and I'm on the phone with the supervisor and she claims that their employee never said they could deliver as if I'm making this situation up. American Pets - You could have easily resolved this situation by offering to find a transport, and splitting the cost for example. You just lost a long time client.

  Pésima atención, dijeron que podían cambiar la comida si me equivocaba, la lleve con su factura u obviamente cerrada y salieron con que eso no se podía. Para que dicen cosas que no son verdad?
