  Super convenient and near almost anything. Cinemas, mall, airport, superb restaurants, etc.. Food service is good and not expensive. Kids friendly too!!

  Lamentable . Hace 15 días hice la reserva y pagué. Incluso llamé por teléfono el lunes 28/5 para asegurar todo. Primero fui a México y hoy llego a Panamá. De entrada me reciben secreteando y me cuentan algo inventado, que tuvieron problemas en la cañería y debieron evacuar toda un área y mover huéspedes. Entonces me mandaron a otro hotel. Odio estas irresponsabilidades , para que existe el celular y el correo electrónico. Bien q para cobrarme lo hicieron de inmediato

  Great hotel with great service. It is also extremely convient since it's close to the mall you have everything you will need close by. Bars, restaurants, gym, parks and banks I can surely recommend this hotel.

  Although the hotel was clean and well situated near the mall, I unfortunately had a bad experience. When I arrived home there was a gold chain with a diamond star missing from the jewelry box. I phoned the hotel and after going to look for it they said nothing was found. The staff's English is extremely poor and the staff member on the phone kept saying what a pleasure it was to speak to me. Naturally I was not pleased, but cannot go back to sort this out. This has taught me to check everything that is put into the safe very carefully before leaving even if it is all closed in a box. Never thought this would be necessary.
