  Great public park for kids, sports, and a nice view of Panama city's skyline. Not recommended in low tides

  Great neighborhood park with views of Punta Patilla, the ocean, old town and the skyline along Avenida Balboa. There are many benches and a workout area with exercise bars. This is also the start/end point of the Cinta Costera, a pathway for all (cycling, walking, running, etc).

  This is a cute plaza in old Town. It looks a lot like the others. The trees with exposed roots are cool looking.
