  We went to the Elektra in Santiago. Great prices and excellent furniture. A large variety of appliances and furniture. The service on the other hand was below par. The first time we visited we asked for help and was ignored. I guess we looked poor. We looked around the store and selected the furniture we wanted. We then shopped around other furniture stores and no one could beat Elektra's furniture with such low prices. The second time we visited we asked for help and although it took a while someone provided assistance. My wife had cash in hand (not recommended outside the store) and she was helped immediately. Although the service was below par, the variety and prices are unbeatable. Their signs even says "No one sells cheaper." We believe it. We will return.
