::Very enjoyable meal. Located in the mall adjacent the Hard Rock Hotel. Nice menu, I had the Texan pork bbq sandwich and fries. Was very enjoyable. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. A nice piece of home for US travelers to Panama. The hotel is great too along with the conference center accommodations. Would eat there again.

::Love Hard Rock everywhere else in the world. Food at this one is decent and would have been average or above. I ordered a sandwich and wanted a side salad. The options were Caesar or House for $5 extra. Fine with me, thank you for putting that in the menu. House salad comes with my meal and there is no house dressing like 99.9999% of the time there is. I ask for dressing(maybe they forgot, it happens and no big deal). Nope, didn't forget and that will be $1.50 extra the bartender told me. I laugh and tell him that's messed up and agree to it as an extra charge because I'm not going to just eat raw lettuce. Bill comes and it's $3 extra. I laugh again and give them my credit card and get out of there. Too bad Hard Rock Panama isn't like the others.
