::Great bang for your buck for a hotel! What I enjoyed the most was that the room was widely spaced (relative to your average hostel), and that the beds were not your average hostel bed either - they were comfortable with the ability to pull the curtain for privacy (my favorite part). Staff could be more courteous, hence docking 1 star.

::Great hostal with private feeling beds in the dorms (you have a curtain and your own light, plug and fan) wifi was great. Staff were amazing. Beers are only $1!!! They are really good to let you leave your stuff while you do the San blas islands. When you are checked out you are still able to hang out in the lounge areas while waiting for busses planes etc in fact these areas are super comfy and there is even access to showers etc to freshen up after returning from San blas. It's una. Great neighbourhood with lots of good food (pricey but good) and great architecture

::The best hostel we experienced during our whole 3-months trip in Northern and Central America ! Excellent value for money (one of the cheapest hostels in Panama City), helpful and friendly staff, adjustable ac, great free pancakes and coffee, cheapest bear in town, good beds, spacious and cosy, free bikes and is well located : sincerely, all you can ask for in a hostel !!
