  If I could give these bozos a negative review I would. Complete incompetence. They assured me that they would notify me when my parcels arrived in customs and let me know what documents were needed to clear customs duty free. They did none of this and it cost me an additional $73 in duty. They lie to cover their mistakes. Manager said I never told them. It was the manager that I talked to the day I ordered the package. He said it was not marked, I pointed to the shipping label that clearly stated " Yacht in Transit" . ( No duty) At that point the manager literally told me to F off and grabbed my parcels off the counter and said you pay or I keep your packages. I would never use these arrogant incompetent idiots for anything. Find another way to get your parcel or try another Mail Box store. This manager is a class A prick.
