::Magda goes way way beyond the "your in good hands" slogan of other insurance people!!! She cancelled a policy for me from another insurance agent and the company deducted a payment from my account so she got them started on refunding my money BUT she offered to pay me out of her own pocket the money because "it would take the Insurance Company a long time to do the refund" WOW that is way beyond customer service!!!! Magda helped me when my car broke down, called people and then followed up to see that I had been taken care of. If you choose Magda as your insurance agent and have to move away from Panama you will miss her!! There is not another insurance agent in the world as good as her. chris mccall 6137-5602
