  Really good service at the counter. No up selling pressure to buy additional service. Car we requested was there. Clean and in perfect condition.

  We had car rental with National at Albrook Airport arranged via our travel agent. When we collected the car on 8th February the desk agent said that all extra insurances had been ordered and prepaid by our travel agent. National insisted that we sign for these extras as they had been prepaid. Later I checked with our travel agent and found that the National agent had lied because the CDW and other extras had not been ordered or prepaid. I had been conned into signing up for extras I did not need because I have separate insurance that covers this type of care rental extras. National will not cancel the extras as they say I have signed a contract for them. What a rip off.

  Not a huge selection of cars, but easy to find and a cheap Uber ride from Casco Viejo. The desk staffer was very helpful and kind.
