::It's in need of stronger management to instill in the staff that attention to customer service is critical to a US-based & -minded business model. The food remains good, as do bottomless cups of coffee plus the bagels are too-notch. But I was appalled, yesterday, when the counter-person was too busy chatting with her co-worker & totally ignoring the (eventual) BANGING of the (service) bell by a couple who wanted SERVICE!
