  Horrible food and service at restaurant. Beware of cheap room prives, you will pay by no enjoying breakfast or service. Lobby bar service is outstanding and check in. Very clean rooms.

  식사는 과일을 좋아한다면 추천한다. 종류가 많다 서비스도 맘에 든다. 하지만 아주 빠른 인터넷을 원한다면 그건 조금 아쉬울것 같다. 직원들들 친절하고 주차장도 있고 세면 시설도 깔끔하다

  The accommodation was not bad but my beef with this place is the kind of people they have in front of the building, all third rate taxi drivers. Matter of fact theses taxi drivers are all con artists and I am amazed a Novotel, belonging to a French chain very well known all over the world can admit that. Either they don’t care or they must be making money out of those taxis as well. Tourists were born to be cheated on ...truth be told!

  Chambre très spacieuse. Lit extra large. Petit déjeuner copieux mais non compris dans notre chambre. Beaucoup de choix. A proximité du métro. Accueil en français. Salle de fitness. Chambre et salle de bain propres. Incapacité à gérer les petits déjeuners lorsqu'un groupe débarque dans l'hôtel pas de pain, pas de café etc... petite restauration. Ce Novotel est d'un standard international pour un prix raisonnable.

  Bem localizado em El Cangrejo, perto de comércio básico e restaurantes e bares para todos os gostos. Hotel correto, bom café da manhã. O restaurante tem cardápio restrito. Nos apartamentos, o frigobar tem tanta coisa que é difícil encontrar lugar para itens pessoais.
