  I was surprised to see such an excellent selection of organic/health food products in such a small town. You can find organic or gluten free alternatives, bulk nuts and seeds, some canned goods, nut milks & vegan alternatives, natural soaps & cleaning supplies, vitamins & supplements, quality, healthy cooking oils such as coconut or Olive oil and some frozen meats (both actual meat such as lamb as well as vegan alternatives),a nice selection of organic tea, and more. I was also excited to see kombucha and healthy snacks. I would love it if they also carried frozen berries, fermented foods, himalayan salt and avocado oil. It's a little on the pricy side even for organic shops, but that is to be expected with so many imported goods. The proprietor speaks English.
