::this is the worse customer service i have experienced in a long time. panama is beautiful and there are a lot of good places to scuba and snorkel. Do your family and your vacation a favor and use another company. they completely wasted our limited vacation time, took our money and didnt have the decency to even consider a reasonable refund.
