  Nice place to get your sandwich. You get to pick what to put inside of it and the ingredients looks fresh.

  The staff at this subway are always extremely rude and they never have anything. There has not been a time I went that they weren't out of something. The staff do not look customers in the eye and mumble when spoken to. I'm not sure if they are afraid or what but for a subway situated near so many hotels that foreigners visit constantly, I would recommend they learn basic courtesy. For example, if you do not have something say "I'm sorry we don't have that", not "We don't have it" and would it kill them to say "Hello, what can I get you?" I have worked in the service industry and I know it's difficult, and I've had my share of annoying customers who think they are center of the universe, however, that's not an excuse to be rude and inattentive. I will be avoiding this restaurant from now and will take my business to New York Bagel up the street where the service is competent enough.
