  Calles para llegar al hotel pésimas y sin nomenclatura. Comida regular. Muy pocos estacionamientos.

  The Radisson has not responded to my complaint of poor treatment. I called Radisson Worldwide Customer Service on May 30, 2018 and still have not received a response as of June 1, 2018. The treatment I received here was reprehensible. Just before leaving on May 21, I had poured some water on the bed in my room. So, according to their policy, they required me to pay $100 even though I had rented the room for another 16 hours. Nonetheless, I had paid for it. However, the people at the reception desk did not treat me with any manners. No words such as "please" and "thank you". They told me that I have to pay and were extremely rude. Also, when I spoke with the business manager on the phone, he simply told me I had to pay and passed the phone back to the person at the reception. I thought that this is truly not representative of Radisson Hotels. So, when I called the Radisson worldwide customer service number, they stated that Radisson Colon is a franchise and that they can only pass on my complaint. As of now (May 28), I still have not received a response from Radisson Corporate or the hotel in Colon for the complaint that I put in on May 21 (Complaint # 3337593). This is truly disappointing. I would only warn others planning to stay here to be careful, just because the hotel says Radisson does not mean that you will be treated to the same level as other Radisson Hotels throughout the world. Mr. Castro, the general manager, claimed that they spoke with me about my complaint on the treatment. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME. Therefore, I warn others that they treat customers horribly and then cover up their behavior online!!!! Extremely disappointing and not representative of Radisson.

  Buenas noche pase a visitar el hotel Radisson donde me agrado bastante el lugar donde esta uvicado un lugar muy acojedor y elegante me diriji al lobi bar del hotel donde me atendio la joven Francis muy agradable con una sonrisa siempre muy atenta y y destallista la joven francia excelente atencion

  Un bonito lugar para quedarse y muy céntrico. Los trabajadores son muy eficientes y serviciales. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera de mis amistades.

  Nuestra organización contrató uno de los salones del Radisson Colón para una reunión con empresarios. El servicio fue excelente, la comida deliciosa, con una creativa y elegante presentación, el supervisor de banquetes estuvo pendiente de nuestro evento desde el inicio hasta el final para prestar apoyo en todas nuestras necesidades. Para eventos le otorgo 5 estrellas. Gracias Jader Manjarrés, Fernando Cruz y al chef Steven Almanza por su gran servicio.
