::No le doy 0 estrellas porque no te lo permite el sistema de rating. Pésimo servicio, demorado y displicente, te dan un carro inferior a la categoría que reservaste (la vez anterior que me reservaron con esta compañía trataron de hacer lo mismo) y por último toman una garantía altísima que se demoran de 2 a 8 días en devolverla. No volveré a rentar con esta gente NUNCA MAS!!!

::English Version (German Version below): My worst rental car experience worldwide. Staff really unfriendly and not interested in customers. 2000 US-Dollars deposit. Additionally they asked me to sign a credit card voucher in blank. Even the Sixt staff told me, that it allows them to put in each amount they want. Of course I did not sign the voucher in blank and they refused to give me a car. The booking platform later refunded my prepayment to protect their good name and as far as I know they do not offer rental cars from Sixt Panama anymore. I asked other rental car companies in Panama if they ask their clients to sign a voucher in blank and they were shocked, that I even asked this question because they do not. I am in contact with the German headquarters because of this branche in Panama. A solution directly with the branch manager in Panama was not possible. German Version: Absolut nicht empfehlenswert meiner Erfahrungen nach. Mitarbeiter bereits zu Beginn unfreundlich, sprach während der Bearbeitung lieber mit umherstehenden Leuten statt sich meiner anzunehmen. Die Kaution betrug satte 2000 US-Dollar. Das Schlimmste: Man verlangte von mir, einen Kreditkartenbeleg BLANKO zu unterschreiben. Der Vermieter räumte sogar selbst ein, im Nachhinein praktisch jeden Betrag eintragen zu können. Selbstverständlich habe ich meine Unterschrift unter den Blankobeleg verweigert - und hierdurch kein Auto erhalten. Das Buchungsportal hat anschließend, um seinen guten Namen zu schützen, den Mietpreis sofort rückerstattet und meines Wissens nach Sixt Panama aus dem Angebot genommen.
