  Wife reserved vehicle through Expedia but when provide these customer service team the reservations number they changed attitude. They over charged stating $130.00 insurance. Insurance was manatory. Plus charging $250.00 even when we paid through Expedia. Team was very rude not helpful. Began to argue about using insurance policy. It is a scam beware may try other rental places that will work for you.

  Tried to rent a car here, got put off by rude staff and massively overcharged insurance policy. Rental price on internet increased by 700%(!) at the desk. Appears to be a scam of some sort. Ended up renting car from another company.
