  Another Crappy Latin American Rental Car company. I prepaid about 150 before leaving. Upsold the insurance to the tune of 40 dollars per day. Told me I could not use my insurance. Also put a 1000 dollar hold on my credit card. The good, Spoke some English and checkout was fast. Check in was slow and painful

  I really don’t know how in the 21st century a company like this can legally exist! Terrible ratings everywhere, pity I didn’t check before renting the car. The entire experience was an ordeal - from getting the car 2 h later just because nobody was at work + there was no car available . I was charged mandatory insurance and then double fees for highway ( never used Panapass but always paid in cash ) and then also “parking” because I returned the car after their office hours . Please avoid this company ! They abuse your credit card with lies and deeds you never committed . It was so unpleasant , really! It is a pity they have ruined the reputation of Thrifty worldwide .

  don't rent here! I had a prepaid voucher with all taxes, fees and insurances included. And they still wanted $50 extra. I refused and left without a car. They still charged EUR 230 from my credit card.

  Mala experiencia. Alquilamos un auto y nos dieron otro todo ploteado con el nombre de la empresa.. Contratamos por despegar y al llegar nos cobraron más del doble acusando que el seguro en Panamá es alto.. No recomiendo alquilar en este lugar y la chica morocha debería hacer un curso para aprender a tratar a la gente con amabilidad.. Luego te dan el vehículo sin explicación alguna.. Un verdadero desastre

  Excelente los autos y la atención X 10 días lo recomiendo
